We are excited to announce that our design team are busy working away on some new pattern ideas for Poole. At the moment the details are under wraps, but we will bring you more information later in the year, so watch this space!

Assistant Sales Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager, at our well-established Visitor Centre at Poole Quay, Dorset, now part of the renowned Denby Pottery Group.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will have retail management experience with a proven track record of having positively influenced sales. You’ll be adaptable and possess a varied skill set covering all areas of a commercial environment. You should have a flair for merchandising, and be capable of delivering high levels of customer service and store standards.
A ‘can do’ approach is essential, as are strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, manage, train and develop a large team.
The hours will be worked on a 7 day rota basis and will include weekend and Bank Holiday working. Applicants must be flexible in their availability for work in order to provide cover for holidays, absence and sickness.
